This lack of knowledge can delay results and even cause injury, so it’s important to have an idea of what you’re doing and why. Use these basic weight-lifting tips and tricks to help you get started on a weight-training routine:




»1- Choose a Goal:

Having a goal is mandatory for all beginners. Not only will it define what direction you want to go in, but it will also determine what exercises you will need to do in order to achieve your goals. Whether your goal is to bulk up significantly or blast fat, always keep it in mind to motivate and guide you.




»2- Be Positive:

With your end goal end in mind, now it’s time to get to work. Stay focused and determined by finding someone to work out with – a close friend or a personal trainer are both great choices. It also helps if you post something up on your wall that keeps track of your progress. Be proud of yourself for taking the first step toward your goal of a dream body.

»3-Know your Limits:

  Start off with something light — even world renowned body builders had to start somewhere. Remember that fewer reps and heavier weights build muscle, while more reps and lighter weights, in turn, confer definition. Doing too much too soon can cause injury and sideline you for days, weeks or even months. Start off slow and build from there. For a structured exercise plan.





 »4- Keep Increasing the Weight:

Although you should start off light, you shouldn’t become stagnant. Getting in shape is all about increasing your repetitions and weight, so try to add at least ten pounds a month, or more, to your exercises. By continually challenging your body like this, you’ll avoid a plateau and keep seeing results. For a performance boost, you may want to consider a creatine supplement, which can provide your muscles with extra energy for more reps and power.




»5- Don’t work the same Muscle Group Two Days in a Row:

Your body needs a chance to recuperate. Working the same group of muscles twice in a row burns your muscles out and doesn’t give them the chance to repair and strengthen. In fact, this can actually weaken your muscles. If you worked on your legs today, then work another part of your body tomorrow.




6. Don’t Forget to work your Legs:

Having a huge upper body with a small lower body not only looks awkward, it is also dysfunctional. While most people are mainly concerned with having big arms and tight abs, it is crucial to include lower body workouts as part of your routine. »7- Stretch & Flex:

Stretching before and after a workout can help prime your body for exercise and may even prevent some injuries. Do a combination of static and dynamic stretching for best results. After stretching at the end of your workout, you should consider taking a post-workout supplement to help speed up recovery.




»8- Keep Proper Posture:

Working out with poor posture is almost as bad as not working out at all. Always practice proper form. Slouching and other habits that can affect your form may increase your risk of injury – not to mention post-workout soreness. Once you feel your form heading south, put the weights down.

Proper nutrition is the only way that you will be able to gain muscle and appreciate the toning that working out gives you. Workout supplements, in particular, can help you get the results you want.

How to Get fitter, Stronger and Healthier as you Age.






As people age their body loses its flexibility and tolerances to hardship. If once you could take a beating and survive unscathed, as you get older, you know that you need to start taking precautions and additional care so that you do not find yourself in the middle of nasty medical surprises and left-overs from the era of carelessness. This article contains 8 ways you can actually get stronger, fitter and healthier as you age.



1 – Exercise :

Walking, running, weight lifting, yoga, pilates, massage and every other kind of exercise that is moderated and tailor made for your specific body type is an absolute necessity to balance the loss and stiffening of muscle mass and to keep the heart pumping and in good rhythm. Do not overdo it though. The results will be the opposite.


2 – Omega 3 & Multivitamin Supplements :


A gram of a marine based food contains enough Omega 3 fatty acids to reduce the heart and brain disease risks. Vitamins B, D and E, antioxidants and calcium supplements help balance a less than optimal diet and avoid further heart and blood pressure problems. However, make sure you do not consume more than what your body requires.

3 – Diet:

Avoid chemical foods. You can still eat meat but make sure it’s grass fed and local. Make your diet more balanced with vegetables, fish, low fat, brown rice, nuts and quinoa. These will balance the metabolic changes that occur as you age, and are the main reason for the increase of weight.


4 – Blood Tests :

You should check your blood numbers as often as possible. Especially the glucose levels as diabetes is the most insidious of diseases and when you realize you have it, most of the times it’s too late. Regular pressure tests will also establish a regular baseline for comparisons.


5 – Deep Sleep :

Do not overlook the necessity of a deep sleep. During the first four hours the necessary growth hormones are released. Do not push past your natural fall asleep cycle. Whenever you feel you cannot keep your eyelids open, go to sleep unless there is a very important reason not to do so.


6 – Sex :

People think that sexual drive always declines with age. Wrong. Many people enjoy sex more in their fifties than in their thirties. It can be far more satisfactory and keeps up the psychology which is the major factor of everything. It needs, of course, some pushing – but that will not come from little blue pills. It will come from cutting down on alcohol and sugar.


7 – Smoking :

There is no need to point out any more how bad smoking is for the condition of even the healthiest of individuals. But smoking here is not limited to tobacco. It refers to any kind of smoking/substance abuse.

8 – Stress

This is perhaps the most difficult thing to do something about. But it is the one thing that can cancel all the benefits of all other ways to stay healthy, fit and strong. About 90% of all diseases is either created by, or complicated by stress. Learn how to breathe. It will do miracles on your stress level. Use herbs like chamomile and green tea. 6 Rules Of Training you should consider After 30.






The most important rules of strength training for men over thirty years its all about how to create a sporty and muscular figure after adolescence.



1) Forget Everything You Know About Fitness:

Pimple Treatment For Men At Home.






Acne and pimples are more than a skin problem for women. And even men are prone to getting acne and pimples. You might have probably tried all sorts of creams and other beauty treatments to get rid of acne and pimples. However, nothing seems to give effective results. Always use a sharp blade to keep the strokes to minimum. Do not apply too much pressure on the pimple. It will worsen the situation. 




3- Ice cube: 

This is one of the effective home remedies for men to get rid of acne. Rub ice cube on the pimple. You can also apply a paste of multani mitti, lemon juice and sandalwood powder on the pimple. After drying it, rub with ice cube. The chilled ice cubes suppress the pimple breakout. 




4- Sandalwood powder: 

This is one traditional home remedy for men to treat acne and pimple. Mix sandalwood powder with rosewater and apply it on the pimple. It will soothe the breakout and also curb it. 

5- Lemon massage: 

Lemon is a natural bleach and an astringent that soothes pimple breakouts. Both men and women can use this home remedy for the treatment of pimples. Lemon is a very effective beauty ingredient that cures acne and pimple naturally. Rub fresh lemon juice or lemon slice on the prone skin. Do this twice every day and rinse with cold water. Lemon not only helps get rid of acne or pimples but also exfoliates the skin, removes pimple scars and also cleanses it. Lemon can dry the skin so moisturise the skin after applying lemon.

 These are few effective home remedies for men to treat acne and pimples at home.
