How to Get Bigger and Strong Arms With Push-Ups.




Pushups are commonly thought of as an exercise for the pectoral muscles of your chest, but this exercise can be done in many different ways to emphasize the muscles of your arms and shoulders. Regular pushups will work your arms, but inside pushups and diamond push-ups are better exercises to build arm muscles because they target your biceps and triceps. Perform both inside and diamond pushups three days a week to tone the arms.





•Step 1

Place your hands shoulder-width apart on the floor. Drop to your knees or support yourself on your toes. Bring your right hand in 3 inches toward your left hand. Bring your left hand in 3 inches toward your right hand to do inside pushups. Inside pushups will strengthen your biceps.







•Step 2

Straighten your spine and tuck your hips. Your torso should be parallel to the floor with your arms perpendicular to your shoulders. Squeeze your abs to stabilize your torso.



•Step 3

Rotate your elbows so that they are pointing toward your feet. Bend your arms and lower yourself toward the floor. Keep your elbows pointing backward so they brush your sides as you go down.



•Step 4

Press your arms straight again and raise your body up again. Do 20 to 40 push-ups, rest for a minute, and then do a second set.

The Best Ways to Reduce Your Skin Cancer Risk.




It's estimated that one in five people in America will develop skin cancer in their lifetime. That might sound scary, but the good news is that there are things that can be done to prevent it. In fact, it’s one of the most preventable cancers. Below are some things that men can do to reduce their risk of skin cancer:



1- Limit Your Sun Exposure:

Men only need to get about 10-15 minutes of sun per day. There have been numerous studies to confirm that people who spend a lot of time in the sun are at an increased risk for developing skin cancer. The ultraviolet rays from the sun damage the skin, which is what increases the risk of skin cancer. It is important to note that the sun’s ultraviolet rays are strongest between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Try to avoid prolonged exposure during those times. If you have to go out, cover up to provide your skin with some protection.


2- Use Sunscreen:

Men should always put on sunscreen before they go outside in the sun for more than a few minutes. Sunscreen helps reduce one’s exposure to ultraviolet rays. A good sunscreen is one that has a SPF of at least 15 – preferably 30; anything more than 30 provides little difference in protection (but a big difference in price). While all men who spend time outdoors are at risk of skin cancer, fair-skinned men need to be the most careful. Regardless of your skin type, reapply sunscreen every hour to ensure you’re adequately protected.







3- Seek Shade When Working Outdoors:

Some people have to spend a lot of time in the sun because they have an outside job. People who work outside need to make sure they seek shade whenever possible. Trees, buildings, umbrellas…there are tons of objects you can use to seek protection from the sun. Use these to stay cool and protected.


4- Avoid tanning booths:

Tanning should be avoided because it is just as bad as standing outside in the sun. Instead of using a tanning booth, use a tinted moisturizer. A tinted moisturizer uses natural mineral pigments and add a healthy tint to your skin; this deeper tone can help improve your skin’s overall appearance. Facial Tone Enhancer can also be used on your body but make sure it’s dry before putting your clothes on; otherwise, they might get stained.


5- Exercise Regularly:

There has been evidence to suggest that exercise can reduce the risk of skin cancer. In 2006, there was a study done where rats were exposed to ultraviolet lights. The rats were divided into two groups. One group of rats ran on a running wheel every day while the other group was sedentary. The results of the study were that rats who exercised had 32 percent fewer tumors than the rats that were sedentary. Researchers also believe that there may be a link between excess body fat and skin cancer.

1- Clean up your Diet:

3. Drink lots of water:

If you’ve followed the above tips and still have man boobs, see a doctor. Man boobs can sometimes be attributed to gynecomastia, a medical condition. If this is the case, your doctor can help you with the proper treatment, which may include surgery. When in doubt, get it checked out.

Fitness: 9 Amazing Bodybuilding Tips For Absolute Beginners.

1. Stick to Free Weights.

Even though the modern gyms are full of fancy and shiny machines, they will not help you build a solid foundation of muscle mass. Dumbbells and barbells are the best when it comes to building muscle and especially for a beginner.


2. Do Compound Movements.

While you might be tempted to try all the possible exercises you see on fitness magazines or websites, you should stick to the basic movements first. Exercises like the squat, the deadlift, the barbell bench press and the military shoulder press should not miss from your routine.


3. Have a Program and Stick to it.

You cannot just go in the gym and do whatever you feel at that moment. You need to have a strict routine and follow it closely. Ask a personal trainer or an advanced bodybuilder to provide you with a program that includes the exact exercises you need to do, the number of sets and the number of reps per set. When you set foot in the gym you need to know exactly what you will do in that training session.






4. Don’t Train Every Day.

If the person that made you the program knows what he’s doing, your routine should have 3 or 4 workouts per week. As a beginner you don’t need to train more often than that. Spend the other days of the week to rest and recover.


5. Train Each Muscle Group Every Week.

While too many days in the gym won’t help you get bigger, too few workouts are not good either. You need to work each muscle group at least once every week.


6. Learn the Correct Form of Each Exercise.

While you may be tempted to see how much you can lift, you need to start with lower weights and learn the right form of each exercise.

7. Gradually Increase the Weights.

After you master the correct form on each exercise, you need to start increasing the weights periodically. Keep track of how much you lift on each exercise and slightly increase the weight every 2 weeks. This will increase your strength and will lead to muscle gains.


8. Be Cautious.

When you get to the point of using big weights, use a safety belt for lower back protection. You may not have back problems right now, but you don’t want to have them in the future either.

9. Eat a Lot of Protein.

Protein is essential when it comes to building muscle and can be found in chicken, fish, eggs, milk, dairy products and some nuts and vegetables. Most experts recommend at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight for the best results. If consuming enough protein each day becomes difficult, add a protein shake as well.
