How to keep Yourself Healthy and Reduce your Risk of Diabetes.




Aside from heart disease, diabetes is one of the most common diseases to affect men.. Not only does diabetes reduce one’s quality of life, it puts one at risk for developing a host of other issues. There are many common sense things men can do to reduce their risk for developing diabetes.





Most of these are things you already know, but they really are worth their weight in gold as they have and will continue to work. What follows is just a short list of tips and hints on how to keep yourself healthy and reduce your risk of diabetes.

1- Be Active:

It’s vital that you keep moving. It’s been shown that even modest physical activity can reduce one’s risk for many diseases including diabetes. There are also links between mental health and physical health. You don’t have to hit the gym: a 30-minute walk a couple of days a week will help keep you healthy and fit.

2- Get Your Weight in Check:

3- Keep Track of What You Eat and Do:

The Best Workout Can be Done From Home or the Gym.






If you want to get rid of your lower belly pouch, then it's going to take a healthy dose of exercise and clean eating, but not just any ab exercises will do.


Many traditional core exercises like crunches neglect the lower abs, so make sure you include lower abdominal exercises in your routine for best results . Don't forget that working your core isn't a replacement for a healthy diet because fat must be lost equally over the whole body.

This effective six-minute workout can be done from home or the gym.





1- Sprinters 4 x 30 seconds:

Start by sitting on the ground with your legs out in front of you and lean back on a 45-degree angle. Bring one knee up and keep one leg straight up off the ground. Bend both arms until your elbows are at a 90-degree angle. Alternate kicking one leg out straight and while bringing the other knee up. At the same time rotate your arms at the shoulders in a running motion.


2- Leg Raise + Hello Dolly 4 x 30 seconds:

Lie flat on your back with your hands under the small of your back. With your legs straight, raise them up off the ground to a 45-degree angle. Open your legs and then close them. Lower them to three inches above the ground and then repeat.




3- Reverse Lift Crunch 4 x 30 seconds:

Lie flat on your back with your hands out to your side. Raise your legs straight until they are perpendicular to the ground. Next, use your abs to raise your hips up off the ground while reaching for the ceiling with your feet. Control your hips as you lower them back down to the ground.

How To Eliminate Stress and Manage Your Job with Joy.




It’s a proven fact that one of the most stressful environments that you will find yourself in is your workplace. There are deadlines to be met, co-workers that you must interact with and a variety of other stressful factors. All of these can weigh heavily on you, making the workplace become a place to dread. Luckily, there are a number of ways that you can avoid suffering from work-related stress:



1. Eat right:

 Diet is an important part of our overall mental state. When you find yourself eating poorly, it tends to affect you both mentally and physically. People who don’t eat right often have dulled thinking, while also generally feeling under the weather. Eating a balanced diet can help increase your energy levels and get you out of your slump. Omega-3 fatty acids, in particular, can help elevate your mood and boost brain power. You can increase your intake by eating more fish or taking a high-purity men’s omega-3 supplement.


2. Breathe:

Breathing exercises are often recommended to men who are suffering from excess stress. When you find yourself under stress, you need to remind yourself to take deep breaths. Focus on your breathing. 6. Organize your workplace:


One way that you can reduce stress in the workplace is by making sure that you’re organized. Disorganization leads to stress, and by keeping things neater and more orderly, you’ll be surprised at how much of your stress begins to dissipate. This will help you meet deadlines and prioritize better.

7. Lighten up:

 Sometimes, when you take yourself too seriously, it can lead to putting an inordinate amount of stress on yourself. Take some time every day to just have a little bit of fun in your life. If you can find ways to get a laugh out of yourself, you’ll do wonders towards decreasing the stress you’re dealing with.
