Health: Top 5 Cancer Causing Foods to avoid Immediately.

Going to the supermarket has become a difficult thing to do; as you always need to be informed which new chemicals may be a hazard to your health. However, some people still choose to buy whatever package they like the most.

This is the main reason why we have decided to educate you on cancer causing foods today.

1 – Microwave Popcorn:

Of course, it’s really easy to put a bag of popcorn in the microwave, wait a few minutes – and your snack is prepared. However, the next time you are about to even buy a bag of microwave popcorn, you should think twice about it. First thing you should know is that the bag itself contains a chemical known as perfluorooctanoic acid, which is listed as a popular carcinogen chemical (it is also found in Teflon). The contents of the bag are no better, as they contain a preservative called propyl gallate, which is a chemical known to cause skin rashes and stomach problems.

2 – Canned Tomatoes:

The main problem with canned tomatoes (much like with most canned foods) is that the lining of these cans contains a chemical known as Bisphenol A (BPA). This cancerous chemical was also the subject of a large study published in May of last year, in which it was concluded that BPA affects the genes inside of brains of rats. Canned tomatoes are especially dangerous for your health as tomatoes’ high acidity causes BPA to enter the contents of these vegetables. Be aware that some companies don’t even label that their product contains BPA.

3 – Highly Processed White Flours:

If you have ever been on a diet, you have most likely read or have been told to avoid white flour. However, you should avoid this ingredient at all times! The main thing you should know is that when grains are being refined, they lose all of their natural nutrients. Nowadays, white flour is especially dangerous as it is literally bleached with a chemical known as chlorine gas. Be aware, this chemical can be lethal in large quantities! Apart from it being cancerous, white flour will also raise your blood sugar and insulin levels.

4 – Artificial Sweeteners:

Unfortunately, many people choose to consume artificial sweeteners, either because they want to lose weight or because they mustn’t consume sugar because of diabetes. However, a lot of studies have shown that these sweeteners will actually worsen your health. First of all, artificial sweeteners will make your body crave more and more sweets. Secondly, the chemicals that are found in these sweeteners can cause cancer and brain tumors when consumed by some individuals. We all know how hard it is to avoid sweet foods, but sometimes you should take a second to realize how serious this matter is.

5 – Alcohol:

Although most people choose to ignore this fact, you should know that alcohol is the second leading cause of cancer. The thing is that moderate drinking isn’t that bad for you, but most people (especially young people), drink excessively. When you drink a lot, cancer won’t be your only problem, as you might also experience various heart and liver problems.

How to Build Lean And Strong Muscle With Exercise.

Strength training is a key ingredient in a successful fitness plan. Whether your goal is to build mass or lean muscle tone, building muscle has several health benefits. Weight training not only helps make you stronger, it also raises the metabolism, helps burn fat, and increases bone density. Whether you use your own exercise equipment at home or work out at a gym, it’s easy to get started.

•Step 1

Think about the type of body you want to achieve. Whether your goal is to bulk up and build mass, or simply to build strength and muscle tone without adding size, your goal will determine the type of exercise program you take on, which will in turn determine the size, strength and endurance of your muscles. Also, keep in mind that genetics play a role in how much muscle you can build. Genetic factors that help to determine whether you’ll be able to build large muscles include testosterone output, body type and number and length of muscle fibers, according to ExtremeBodyFit.com.

 •Step 2

Decide which muscles you want to build and which exercises will target those areas. Determine your one repetition maximum, or 1RM, for each exercise. This is the maximum amount of weight with which you can complete a full repetition. To build muscle size, you’ll want to develop a workout program in which you lift between 67 and 85 percent of your 1RM. Do three to six sets of six to 12 reps, with 30 to 90 seconds of rest between each set. For muscle building, the goal is to overload your muscles for each set to the point where you can’t complete another rep while maintaining proper form, according to ShapeSense.com.

 •Step 3

Determine how often each week you are able to devote time to working out. ShapeSense.com recommends weight training two to four times per week, although different muscle groups can be broken up into different sessions, which can make it easier to fit workouts into your schedule. For example, you can focus on the upper body one day, and work on the leg and gluteus muscles the next. However you decide to segment your weightlifting routine, be sure to allow at least 48 hours of recovery time between sessions for each muscle group.

•Tips

In order to see results your muscle-building workout routine must be supported by diet. Men will need to add about 250 extra calories to their daily intake; women should add about half that. Daily caloric intake should include about 1 g of protein per pound of bodyweight, and about 25 percent of your calories should come from healthy poly- and monounsaturated fats like those found in fish, nuts and olive oil. The remaining calories can be made up by complex carbohydrates such as fruits and vegetables, beans, rice and whole grains.

•Things You'll Need:

Weightlifting bench
Free weights
Weight machine.

How to Get Great Abs like Instagram Fitness Guys.

Ask any fitness model and you’ll get the same
answer: abs make or break a physique. There’s no bigger indicator of being fit or anything sexier on a man’s body than a ripped six-pack.

Unfortunately, abs are one of the hardest muscle groups to perfect because they require a combination of extremely low body fat and muscle development to achieve. If you want the abs on a Greek statue, try these abs exercises for optimal results.

Make sure you’re taking the right supplements to maximize your results. Men’s workout supplements such as creatine and whey can help increase muscle mass to ensure your abs pop. For a list of supplements to take.

1-Decline Bench Sit-Up:

While standard floor crunches do work, they do not maximize range of motion. If you want to stimulate more muscle fibers to build larger and more defined ab muscles, try the decline-bench sit-up. To start, tilt your bench between 15 and 30 degrees past 180. Lie down on the bench head down so that you are hanging by your legs.

Now, cross your arms across your chest and perform a standard crunch. Exhale as you go up, and inhale as you come down. Focus on contracting the ab muscles without using any momentum during the movement.

2-Hanging Leg Raises:

If you want to build up some mass in your ab muscles, hanging leg raises are your best bet. This exercise can be combined with leg weights or a weighted belt for extra resistance. You will need a pull-up bar to begin. Once in place, grab onto the bar with arms about shoulder width apart, and raise your legs until they are parallel to the floor. Hold them in place for a few seconds, then slowly release and repeat.

You can either bend your legs 90 degrees at the knees or fully extend them for greater difficulty. Hanging leg raises will also build your forearms and shoulders at the same time.

3-Abdominal Hold:

This unique exercise is similar to a freeze in break dancing. The abdominal hold involves supporting yourself with your arms in mid-air for several seconds at the edge of your seat. A sturdy chair is required. To begin, sit tall in your chair with your hands gripping the front edge. The knuckles should point straight ahead.

Then, balance your body weight on your arms to tuck your knees into your chest and lift your feet off the floor two to four inches. Tighten your abs during this hold for at least five to ten seconds before lowering yourself.

4-One Arm Switching Pushup:

The plank is another freeze-type exercise that alternates between left and right side attacks of the midsection. You will begin in the fully-extended push-up position. First, pull one arm to your side, and touch your thigh. The other arm should support your weight for two to five seconds. Bring the raised arm back down to prop you up as you pull up the other arm to your side. Inhale when you bring an arm up, and exhale when it comes back down.

The Best Exercises For Non-Responsive Biceps That Do Not Grow.

Start every single workout with a lot of fixed rails, simple as that Just what you read. Get all training, whether it be back or not, doing bars. And switch between two different divisions:

A - Make 50 bars in the minimum possible time.

B - Make the Most of possible bars within 10 minutes.

In both divisions  you can use as many sets as necessary to complete the training.

÷ Considerations:

The biggest mistake to make the division "A" is trying to do many repetitions on the first series. If you get going or close to failure in all series, that will set off your ability to complete the "challenge" in decent time. The same happens in the division "B". If you start too fast, you will burn very fast to the point of not being able to do a full bar more, defeats the purpose of trying to make bars for 10 minutes. Try to finish each set with 2 repetitions in "reserve tank" in a way that you can re-do the exercise within 10-15 seconds.

 ÷ Suggestions N°2:

This method works best in people who are already able to do 8-10 bars with perfect execution. Otherwise, check with a training partner. And if you can do much more than 10 bars, then add weight - just enough to make it back to get only 8 to 10 repetitions
Be sure to vary your grip on the bar. Change it all you want during your workout. The supinated grip (palms toward you) reach the biceps more; neutral footprint (palms pointed at each other) over the brachial reach; and the pronated (palms forward) fry the coracobrachial.
